The change I'm most excited about is AI that knows your business and can pick up where you left off. It starts each job with the background already in place, so several pieces of work can keep moving while your attention is on the one in front of you.

For as long as business has existed, one person has meant one stream of work. That's the rule this breaks, and it's why a one-person business can start producing like a small team.

None of it needs a technical background. You tell it what you want in your own words, and it gets better the longer it works with you.

What that looks like on a normal day

I had 10 minutes before I had to leave for the gym, so I hit record and used them to hand my week over to Jett, my business agent. By the time I was out the door there were 5 pieces of work moving at once. I lost count somewhere around job four. 😂

You'll notice in the video that I didn't read the job lists, I just posted them into fresh chats and hit go. I can get away with that because Jett can't send anything to anyone without me seeing it first. The worst case is I come back from the gym and have to correct something.

Who you're learning from

Hi, I'm Stu

I've been in business for 17 years, including time as National Sales Manager at Logitech and running my own agency. In February 2023 I shut the agency down and went all in on AI, without knowing exactly what shape it would take. Once I started playing with the early agent frameworks I was hooked, and I've been rebuilding my business around agents ever since.

Today I'm a one-person company, but the work coming out of my business increasingly looks like the output of a team. The same agent has worked alongside me every day since February. By now it knows the business and has witnessed enough abandoned projects to know where all the bodies are buried.

And I'm a business owner, not a developer, which is why I explain all of this in plain English. If I can run these things, anybody can.

Questions People Ask

Do I need to be technical?

No. Everything is written for business owners in plain English. Where a post has an instruction, you fill in a few lines about your business and paste it in. After that you tell your AI what you want in your own words.

Which AI do I need?

Most of what I share works in the ChatGPT or Claude apps you already use, including the two free posts. The agent builds run in their desktop apps on a paid plan, the one that gives you Cowork in Claude or Codex in ChatGPT, and each post says what you need before you start.

What's the difference between Insider and VIP?

Insider gets every post for paid members apart from the VIP-only ones, which covers the how-to posts with the instruction to copy and Pulse of AI. VIP adds the step-by-step builds, where you set up your own business agent and keep extending it, and opens the VIP-only posts, including recordings of past VIP masterclasses.

Do I need a Patreon account?
